The 3 day in-person IIFM-Dar Al Sharia Master Class on IIFM/ISDA Hedging Standards concluded successfully today in Dubai. The course was led by experts including Mian Nazir, Saifullah Khan and Ammar Ahmed from Dar Al Sharia, Ijlal Ahmed Alvi from IIFM and Habib Motani, Consultant from Clifford Chance.
Around 20 participants representing Islamic Development Bank, Islamic Cooperation for the Development of the Private Sector, Bank Indonesia, Kuwait Finance House, Ahli United Bank, National Bank of Fujairah, Societe Generale and Trade Header (Spain) completed the 3 day course covering Tahawwut Master Agreement, Islamic Profit Rate Swap, Islamic Cross Currency Swap, Islamic Foreign Exchange Forward, Islamic Credit Support Deed and the Bilateral Amendment Agreement & IBOR Fallback Definitions Booklet.
