Monday, 19th June 2023, Manama, Bahrain – A Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) was signed between the International Islamic Financial Market (IIFM) and the Tanzania based Centre for Islamic Finance, Compliance and Advice (CIFCA) to collaborate on promotion and development of Islamic finance in Tanzania and the African region by organizing awareness and capacity building events. The MoU was signed by the Chief Executive of IIFM, Mr. Ijlal Ahmed Alvi and the Chairman of CIFCA, Mr. Aref Nahdi. The Head of Compliance at IIFM, Dr. Ahmad Rufai was also present during the signing ceremony at IIFM offices.
